I would just like to take this opportunity to say how much my husband and i enjoyed our overnight spa break at Crewe Hall recently. The four poster suite was wow and the food and spa superb!!
Dear Team Belaqua - I'm writing to thank you all for the excellent service we received from you on booking our Spa Day at The Bath Spa, you gave us excellent advice and considered all of our needs including journey times, something other companies didn't factor in. In fact one of them thought Plymouth was on the South Coast - I find a general geography knowledge helps. We will definitely be using your services again and will be recommending you to other companies for corporate days and to friends as an excellent gift. I have been so impressed with the personal knowledge and good advice that comes in addition to friendly and efficient service from Belaqua. In comparison to all other companies I looked at, Belaqua knew each spa intimately so gave impartial advice.......I found this to be a big plus and therefore I got exactly what I was looking for. I will be booking again soon.
Victoria, I just wanted to say a huge thanks for the reservation at Pennyhill Park. The spa was wonderful (as you described) and the room and hotel equally good. The whole weekend was fantastic!! It was just a shame to come home.

Thank you so much for arranging our pamper day at Norton Grange. Emily and I had a really good time, enjoying the treatments, the facilities and the delicious lunch.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly too which helped make our day even more special and memorable for Emily's 21st.

I just wanted to write and let you know that my sister and I had the most fantastic day yesterday. The staff were world class, the products used were excellent and the overall experience was both relaxing and energising.

Just back home from the spa at Frimley Hall, and I only wanted to give you our feedback.
In a word: fantastic! I believe the product Belaqua offers at Frimley Hall is very good value for money. Our treatment (back and neck massage) was great; the staff was very helpful and polite, the food was delicious, and the facilities were very clean and satisfactory. We spent all in all some 7 hours at the spa, and it has been an excellent experience.
