I have a MASSIVE thank you to say to you – our stay at Hoole Hall was unbelievable!!!! It was amazing – everyone looked after us so well and the spa was gorgeous!! We totally loved it, we spent hours in there we didn’t want to leave, all the little touches made it so wonderful!! My partner fell asleep and was snoring, it was hilarious!

Im going to write a letter thanking everyone as they were all wonderful.

The restaurant was amazing – the steak was gorgeous, and as for the triple cooked chips!!! We were in heaven!!!!!

Just back home from the spa at Frimley Hall, and I only wanted to give you our feedback.
In a word: fantastic! I believe the product Belaqua offers at Frimley Hall is very good value for money. Our treatment (back and neck massage) was great; the staff was very helpful and polite, the food was delicious, and the facilities were very clean and satisfactory. We spent all in all some 7 hours at the spa, and it has been an excellent experience.
