St Brides Spa Hotel is a contemporary destination spa hotel, located on a headland overlooking Saundersfoot harbour with elevated views over Carmarthen Bay.
The Spa is the perfect retreat to indulge in soothing treatments using marine sourced products including seaweed, designed to encompass the natural healing properties of the ocean. As well as the marine tailored treatments there is the cliff edge dual treatment room which invites couples or friends to fully benefit from their spa experience with cliff edge French windows that slide open to reveal the fresh sea air and gentle sound of the tide. The marine spa uses three different product brands; each carefully researched and selected to ensure only the best products are used for our treatments: Voya is an Irish company that have created 100%organic products from marine sources. Specialising in the tradition of seaweed wraps and seaweed baths, they strive to deliver the healing benefits of nature through their products. For hands and feet treatments Spa Ritual is used. Spa Ritual is committed to creating eco friendly and vegan suitable products specially sourced from around the world using only the highest quality ingredients.
Comfortzone use a holistic approach and the signature treatments include relaxation techniques before indulging in the treatment and finishing with herbal tea.

- Thermal Suite and Hydro Pool
- The thermal suite has a number of cabins with varying temperatures, each with a differing esssence and chroma therapy lighting, so all the senses are stimulated. You are invited to spend around 15 minutes in each cabin, to a maximum of 90 minutes in total as the experience is very detoxifying and draining. The blood circulation is improved and your lympahtic sytem is stimulated. Resident guests are offered 90 minutes complimentary when booking a 55 minute treatment. If resident guests wish to take the thermal suite and infinity pool treatment alone, there is a reduced charge of £25 for the 90 minute session. The spa charge to use these facilities as they are a treatment, and it enables us to retain a sense of serenity in the spa. hydro pool - heated to body temperature, perched on the cliff edge, it is designed with an infinity edge so when the tide is in, you have the optical illusion of the pool water blending to the sea. steam room salt infusion room - like the steam room with a more comfortable heat, using brine in the water to clear smog bound lungs. Great for anyone with breathing difficulties or those who have asthma. sensation shower - a selection of three showers; tropical rain, cold mist and gush shower. ice fountain - a marble bowl contains crushed ice to cool yourselves down and exfoliate the skin before moving onto your next treatment.
