In amongst ‘taking the waters’, working out and being pampered, guests at MalvernSpa can enjoy a selection of delicious hot and cold seasonal menus in the spa’s relaxed Bistro and Fine Dining Restaurant. MalvernSpa uses locally sourced and organic ingredients wherever possible. Alternatively you can chill out with a smoothie or coffee and catch up with your fellow guests in the spacious lounge amongst the 200yr old Olive trees. For those wanting time alone and complete peace, the spa’s relaxation room features a video wall showing gentle scenes of the English countryside, with babbling brooks reflecting the tranquility of the adjoining Malvern Hills which will transport you to another world altogether.
MalvernSpa has been built to protect the planet as well as its visitors. The spa’s eco-credentials include its own bore-hole accessing the world famous Malvern Spring waters 200m below the earth’s surface; solar panels to generate electricity; a heat recovery system which reclaims heat from the pool and re-circulates this around the building; and lighting in public areas which works on movement sensors to automatically switch off when the area is unused. The operating philosophy also reflects this eco-friendly approach with spa breaks offered at 10% reduction for guests arriving in Malvern by public transport.
