As a result of £13.5 million investment, a new Reflections Health, Fitness & Spa was built housing facilities to cater for everyone’s needs.

The fully equipped gym includes all the latest Techno gym equipment with a varied timetable of studio classes. It also has an 18 meter heated indoor swimming pool, two outdoor tennis courts plus a rock sauna, aroma steam room, experience showers, Jacuzzi and power plate. ESPA products are available for your treatments.

Ideally located just off the M6, close to Chester, Manchester and Liverpool with free parking for 500 cars, Crewe Hall is a magnificent 17th Century hall offering 117 guest rooms of which 26 bedrooms are located in the historic manor.

The grade I listed building featuring richly designed ceilings, exquisite marble fireplaces, ornate carved wood and stained glass decoration. The public areas and banqueting rooms exude the best mid – Victorian luxury. The hall even has its own Chapel, again featuring magnificent opulence of the age.

Perfect for all skin types, particularly when environmental stress, illness or lack of sleep leaves you with dull, lifeless or sallow skin. This treatment includes the application of Skin Brightener product, rich in natural Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), to visibly improve the radiance, appearance and texture of the skin.
(1 hour 40 minutes) - £75.00
Skin brushing and exfoliation prepare the skin and leave it feeling soft and smooth. An essential aromatherapy massage chosen by you and your therapist follows

Oshadi, giver of life, is the Ayurvedic term for plants and herbs used in traditional healing practices and therapies. After a full body exfoliation, plants and spices are infused with essential oils to form a nourishing mask which warms and hydrates the skin and helps to relieve aching muscles and joints.
(55 minutes) - £50.00
A specialised treatment to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems, concentrating on the areas of the body prone to 'blockages', cellulite, fluid retention and uneven skin texture. After deep exfoliation with a seaweed and salt rub, there follows a detoxifying massage using stimulating essential oils and an application of warm marine algae. Massage is undertaken to the thigh area, gently helping to purify and cleanse the body.

A stress-relieving back treatment with deep cleansing, body brushing and exfoliation to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal, followed by a luxurious aromatherapy massage and body mask using individually chosen essential oils combined with warmed Marine Mud. Ideal for all skin types, including those with congested skin, this relaxing treatment will leave you refreshed and renewed.
