Aldwark Manor is set in 120 acres of idyllic North Yorkshire Countryside and parkland, which enables guests to escape and take a break from the pace of modern life.

 Visit Aldwark and take time to indulge in an essential therapy, wellness or just relax and unwind.

The spa offers a wide range of treatments for both men and women. Their primary aim is to provide you with a relaxing and memorable experience.

You will be pampered in one of their seven treatment rooms by an experienced therapist who will adapt the treatment to suit your personal requirements thus redressing the balance of both body and mind and bringing about a sense of well being.

Take time to relax in the lounge area with its open fire and overlooking the swimming pool and golf course or if the pace of all the pampering is too much make the most of the relaxation room where you can read a magazine, enjoy a drink or just lie back on one of the comfortable loungers.

There is something for everyone at the spa. If you want to burn off some calories make use of the fully equipped, air conditioned gymnasium with a full range of machines with personal televisions leaving you in complete control.

There is also a large dance studio with classes ranging from studio cycling to Pilates. If you want that little bit extra from a workout there is personal training available with a fully qualified and registered exercise specialist.

If that all sounds too energetic; a few lengths in the heated swimming pool, followed by a sauna, steam room and a dip in the Jacuzzi will be key to soothing away the stresses of modern life.

Specifically designed for mature, dry or dehydrated skin, concentrating on reviving the skin’s natural moisture and paying particular attention to the delicate eye area.
(50 minutes) - £50.00
The rejuvenating facial is perfect for all skin types and particularly when environmental stress, business pressure, illness or lack of sleep leaves you with dull, lifeless skin. This facial includes application of ESPA’s skin brightener to improve the radiance and texture of the skin.
(55 minutes) - £45.00
Suitable for all skin types, this deep cleansing, relaxing aromatherapy facial purifies, refines and hydrates. Specific active aromatherapy products are combined with acupressure massage, lymph drainage and Oriental Head Massage to leave the mind clear and the skin radiant and moisturised.
(25 minutes) - £30.00

This Facial is suitable for all skins and include deep cleansing, tone and mask and is aimed to purify, refine and hydrate

This balancing and detoxifying treatment involves skin brushing, gentle exfoliation and an algae envelopment rich in minerals and enzymes, designed to boost the metabolism and speed up the elimination of toxins. Also includes a full scalp treatment for total relaxation.

A full body massage designed to ease tension, relieve stress and promote a general state of well-being. The massage uses pre-blended aromatherapy oils specially selected to suit the individual

This exceptional skin softening body exfoliation combines sea salts, nourishing oils and essential oils to leave your skin moisturised, smooth and soft. A compact treatment with a dramatic result.

This full body treatment is appropriate before or after exercise, using essential oils of lavender, rosemary and clove to help increase circulation and warm the muscles, preventing strains and relieving aches and pains. Ideal for anyone involved in sports, fitness or heavy physical work.

The back is deeply cleansed, brushed and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal, then calmed and relaxed with a luxurious aromatherapy massage

A foot soak, exfoliation, nail and cuticle tidy with foot massage.

Nail and cuticle tidy, followed by a hand and arm massage leaving you with well-groomed hands and nails.

This total body treatment has been carefully designed for pregnant and nursing mothers to take account of all contraindications and aid in relaxation and tonicity of the skin during this very special time. The treatment avoids the use of essential oils as advised by the Aromatherapy Organisation Council and is a luxurious treat using a Calendula infused oil, various muds and creams and advanced massage techniques to safe areas. It leaves the skin toned and the client totally relaxed.
